Registration is binding
You can only make one registration per municipality/organisation. The registration should include the following:

Number of participants
Optional meal selections
Optional hotel nights (Limited availability)

The programme will be published in early February, then the next step in the registration process will follow. Further information about this step will be sent out to the responsible booker as well as the participants who are registered with their name and e-mail.

Members Early Bird: 2150 SEK (about 188 €)
Regular Price: 2450 SEK (about 212 €)
Non-Members Early Bird: 2850 SEK (about 247 €)
Regular Price: 3150 SEK (about 273 €)

The following is included in the fee:
The entire conference program, including lectures, seminars, and site visits
Dinner and party on Wednesday evening
Coffee breaks
Lunch on Thursday
Extra meals (need to be booked at registration)
Wednesday lunch: 165 SEK (about 15 €)
Thursday dinner (3 courses, soft drink and coffee): 630 SEK (about 55 €)
Friday lunch: 165 SEK (about 15 €)

Single room: 2100 SEK per person and night (about 182 €)
Dubble room: 2200 SEK per room and night (about 190 €)
